Get Involved
Find your lane. Every committee needs parents who'll show up.
The Connors PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit run entirely by parent volunteers. We fund classroom supplies, plan school-wide events, support teachers and staff, and create opportunities for families to connect. Every dollar raised and every hour volunteered goes directly back to our kids.
The Connors PTO is organized into two types of committees. Operational committees keep things running year-round: finances, communications, facilities, and fundraising. Event committees plan and execute specific events throughout the school year. Most parents pick one or two that fit their schedule and interests.
The most important volunteer role at Connors. One or two parents per homeroom who keep their class connected to everything the PTO does.
PTOLs are the bridge between the PTO and every classroom. You manage your class WhatsApp group, share PTO announcements, and coordinate class celebrations throughout the year: Halloween, Thanksgiving, winter holiday, Valentine’s Day, and end-of-year. Most weeks it takes less than 10 minutes. No experience needed.
These committees keep the Connors PTO running behind the scenes. Smaller time commitment, big impact.
